706 Seating Group designs and produces ergonomic office chairs known for their quality and craftsmanship. Their products are sold through dealers who help customers find the right fit for every workspace. To better support these dealers, 706 wanted to make browsing and ordering their products as smooth and effortless as the chairs themselves.
We See the Problem
Their existing website worked mainly as a catalog, dealers could view products but couldn’t order directly. Without a connection to SAP, their ERP system, stock and pricing updates had to be managed manually. Orders still came in through calls and emails, creating extra work for the sales team.

We developed a modern webshop that combined a clear catalog with direct ordering functionality. Integrated tightly with SAP, it automatically synchronizes product data, stock, and pricing, reducing manual steps. Dealers can now browse, configure demo chairs, and place orders in one place. Frequent meetings with 706 and their SAP partner kept communication direct and development on track.
We Deliver Results
After launch, the new platform helped 706 save valuable time by automating simple orders. A returns system was later added to handle warranty requests more efficiently. When the pandemic increased demand for office chairs, 706 was able to dropship directly to customers through the webshop. The platform continues to evolve, supporting both dealers and internal teams with an experience that just works.
