We See the Problem
Zestor wanted to further improve the user experience by introducing new functionality within their digital environment. A key request was to make specific forms accessible to colleagues, without giving them access to the full CRM system.
The existing setup limited flexibility and made collaboration unnecessarily complex. Without a clear separation between form access and sensitive data, workflows slowed down and internal communication could be improved. Zestor needed a solution that balanced accessibility, security, and control.
We Find the Solution
We explored two clear options together. Colleagues could either be granted access to all forms, or only to a predefined selection. Zestor chose to make all forms accessible, while strictly limiting permissions for data and system functionality according to their requirements.
Alongside this, we implemented additional features and carried out a software update to ensure a smooth, user friendly online environment and intranet. This approach improved usability while maintaining a secure and controlled system.
We Deliver Results
Communication and collaboration within Zestor improved significantly. Important information, documents, and tools are now easy to access, leading to higher productivity and more efficient workflows across teams.
